Do I Qualify?

1.  We will obtain your Houston, Harris County and Texas arrest and criminal records. These records will tell us what charges you have associated with your name. It will include any aliases associated with your name. 

2.  After obtaining your records, we will create an "Eligibility Report" for you. This report will give you a detailed explanation as to whether or not you qualify for an Expunction or Nondisclosure.
